Nepenthes London offers a 14-day return period from the date of receipt for all full-priced items, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain exclusive releases and seasonal sale items may be subject to different terms or final sale policies.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email to request a Return Authorization (RA) number, ensuring you include your order ID and the reason for the return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including the completed return form and your unique RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Dispatch the Shipment
Send the package back to our London store using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Nepenthes London is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team has inspected the items to ensure they meet our quality standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
